Clandestina is a design cooperative and clothing brand based in Havana, Cuba. Motivated by their early successes selling their unique, creative products and designs from their shop in Old Havana, the two decided to make the leap to selling online. This was a first for Cuba: the first time a team like theirs had ever sold anything online.

We helped take Clandestina from a small shop in Old Havana to an international brand customers all over the world. We worked with them to navigate the challenging legal framework between the US and Cuba and find a supplier in the US that could meet their needs. We mentored them through setting up their online shop and backend supply system. We managed their marketing team across PR, advertising, and social as they made the leap into the digital age. Not only did they break their sales records, they gained international media attention, including a story in Vogue Magazine.
